How can you deliver a difficult message with equal clarity and sensitivity, whilst still ensuring that colleagues understand their role and responsibilities and your expectations of them?

This practical workshop explores what makes some conversations difficult and the barriers that can prevent clear and effective conversation.  It will provide easy to use strategies that will extend your communication skills and give you the confidence to lead and get the best from your team.
