A key feature of a good leader is their ability to build a positive professional relationship with colleagues and engage in professional dialogue with staff that includes timely and appropriate feedback.
When things are going well all of that is relatively straight forward, but what about those more difficult conversations? How can you deliver a difficult message with equal clarity and sensitivity, whilst still ensuring that colleagues understand their role and responsibilities and your expectations of them?
This practical workshop explores what makes some conversations difficult and the barriers that can prevent clear and effective conversation. It will provide easy to use strategies that will extend your communication skills and give you the confidence to lead and get the best from your team.
