What Does WWO Training Consist Of?

The Experience
All of our WWO trining is fun and interactive and mirrors the WWO process, so that a significant part of the understanding comes from participation.

Within an environment of trust, we break down barriers, getting everyone in the group to connect, including strangers and less familiar colleagues.

With everyone safe, but out of their comfort zone, we run participatory group activities and it's at this point that the learning begins.

The experience of the day is exactly what the children in your classroom go through when you introduce WWO to them and we help you build your confidence as a facilitator, by using activities in the training that you take back to your classroom.
