What Does WWO Training Consist Of?

The Experience
All of our WWO training is fun and interactive and mirrors the WWO process and principles, so that a significant part of the understanding comes from participation.

Within an environment of trust, we break break down barriers, getting everyone in the group to connect, including strangers and less familiar colleagues. With everyone safe, but out of their comfort zone, we run participatory group activities and its at this point that the learning begins.

The experience of the day is exactly what the children in your classroom go through when you introduce WWO to them and we help you build your confidence as a facilitator, by using activities in the training that you take back to your classroom.

Training is the Start

We offer a range of  WWO Courses that can be offered On-Site and Off-Site, to single schools, Family and other Groups of Schools. We can run courses for 10 -120 people. Its exactly the same principle, just with more or fewer people.

Each delegate on our main courses receives a pack containing notes around the core WWO theory, a folder of resources (over 100 classroom activities)
and a set of Classroom Support Materials.

Ongoing Supervision and Facilitation for Embedding and Progress

WWO courses offer several ways that you, your staff, school and family group can continue to embed Working With Others skills and practice, including INSET, Co-ordinator Refresher Course, Lunchtime Supervisor Course and One Day Energy Boost.
