We believe that it is only through ongoing support and training that long term impact and change can be achieved for pupils, staff and whole school communities.  Instead of one-off sessions WWO offers schools annual membership packages.  Sustained input and support across the whole year, both in and out of school, enables school communities to confidently build and embed WWO group work skills and relationships into their ethos and professional practice.

The Working With Others approach can be implemented in very small settings, larger schools and across school networks.

Enrolment Schedule and Training Format
Schools currently begin and renew their Membership in April or September.  For larger networks, we can offer flexibility on start date depending on the package and training required.

All aspects of training schedule are planned and diarised in conjunction with the head teacher and the practitioners involved.

We are happy to meet with headteachers and leadership teams to discuss individual training needs that support your own school development plan.  Drawing on extensive experience across a wide range of primary, infant, junior, secondary and special school settings across the south of England we can advise on the implementation of the WWO approach that best suits your own situation.

In addition to this a contract meeting with your designated WWO training team offers the opportunity to talk further about your school priorities and structure your package into a personalised programme that meets the needs and requirements of your staff and pupils. 

Types of Membership Packages Available
WWO offers three types of Membership packages to meet the varying needs of small and large schools and networks. Each can be added to and extended through additional training and consultancy.

1. Basic Training Membership
2. Taster Membership
3. Embedding Membership
4. Renewing Membership
