What is Working With Others?
Working With Others is a personalised support and training programme for schools that:
- Builds and cements cohesive and reflective staff teams
- Improves attainment by enabling pupils to learn more effectively
- Builds practitioner confidence in planning, composing and structuring group tasks
- Enables pupils to resolve conflict and increase their ability to problem solve
- Results in pupils and staff respecting and valuing themselves and each other
- Impacts positively on key life skills, self esteem and inclusion
- Values the process of developing as an active and independent learner
- Recognises that learning takes place in a social context where relationships are essential
Evidence shows that the WWO process can significantly impact on pupil attainment and social relationships at Foundation Level through to Key Stages 1-4.
