Working With Others in Nurseries and Early Years Settings
With WWO your Nursery and Early Years setting
- Will be calmer
- Staff will be happier and less stressed
- Staff will have even better relationships with the children
- Children will be engaged, interested, happy
- Children will be more aware of what they say and do and the impact on others
- Behaviour will be improved, with fewer to aggressive acts
The Working With Others approach and courses are based on developing and encouraging positive peer relationships, group learning, social skills, mutual and self-respect.
Our extensive work in the UK and Canada with children as young as 8 months has clearly shown that even very young children, can learn these skills, surprising the adults around them, exceeding and challenging expectations of what young children can do and say and how they can interact with others.
