Working With Others (the University of Brighton) are delivering these meetings on behalf of The Royal Academy of Engineering following their successful support of teaching and learning in the Southwark & Lambeth consortium.
The University of Aston are kindly sponsoring the meeting in the Midlands to make travel easier for colleagues from more northern consortia.
The aims of the day are:
- To identify and share good practice in consortia working and implementation of the Diploma in engineering
- To provide an opportunity for teachers leading the delivery of the Diploma in Engineering to meet together and exchange experiences and ideas
- For The Royal Academy of Engineering, an independent charity, to identify what kind of support consortia, teachers and schools would find helpful in moving forward and successfully developing and delivering the diploma into the future with their students
These meetings will help us know how best to help you. And you should learn something from colleagues that you can take home to your consortium.
